O Hai! The LolDevs have been hard at work on 2 features and just added dem to ICHC!
The new features are:
1) The ability to add Friends to ur account. Show dem who ur lolfrenz r.
2) And a cool, advanced lol builder option, if you want to get fancy liek dat.
UPDATE: Upcoming improve-a-mints:
1) Friends will be able to leave messages for each other on the profiles
2) Firefox 3 and Safari will get their Favorite buttons back
3) Instant ice cream delivery over ICHC Intertubes. (j/k, we wish)
1. We’re introducing “Friends” on ICHC.
So many of u have maded friends here at ICHC, that we’re adding a neat little way to add friends to ur accounts. This helps you keep track of lolz and pictures your friends upload.
How 2 hab friends:
1) Find ur friend’s profile.
EG: The offishul ICHC profile
2) Click the “Add as Friend” button.
It luks liek dis: 
3) A confirmation will be sent to the friend. Yay!
To accept a friend request:
1) You will receive an email requesting to be friends.
2) Click the link. It will take you to a page to accept or deny the request. (Or if you dunno them, check out who dey r.)
3) Click Confirm or Ignore. If you click Confirm, the two of you will be listed as friends. (Check out the new Friends tab!) If you click Ignore, the message will go away. The other requester does not know that you have clicked Ignore.
4) Your friends and requests will appear in the Friends tab, as well as the Dashboard.
This is just the beginning. There will be more to come, so that you can share lolz with friends easily, store pictures, leave messages, etc.
2. We’ve added a tab in the Lol Builder called “Advanced Builder”.
This super-duper builder lets you place text on any spot and add speech and thought bubbles to any picture (among other benefits). But my favorite advantage is that the text appear much smoother in the Advanced Builder. The Basic Builder will still be available as the default choice. We love to see you get creative!
To use the advanced lol builder, make sure you click on the tab that sez “Advanced Builder” in Step 2.
